Customer Success Manager

Own the post-launch relationship with client accounts. Drive renewal, expansion, and long-term partnership.

About the role

You will be the day-to-day partner for our managed-services clients. You own the relationship after go-live — making sure what we built keeps working, surfacing the next conversation when business needs change, and making sure clients feel partnered with, not abandoned. Most clients stay 3+ years; your job is to make sure that continues.

What you'll do

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with assigned managed-services clients
  • Run regular business reviews, surface expansion opportunities, manage scope changes
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Be the first call when something is wrong; drive resolution
  • Forecast renewal and expansion against assigned accounts

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of customer success, account management, or post-sales relationship work
  • Experience in a B2B services, consulting, or technology environment
  • Strong written communication; comfortable navigating executive conversations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM as a daily-use tool

Nice to haves

These are not required — but if you have one or more, mention it in your note.

  • Background in technology consulting or professional services
  • Salesforce ecosystem familiarity
  • Experience with renewal forecasting or QBR cadence

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation — Salary at or above market for senior consulting, plus performance bonus and equity for senior partners.
  • Healthcare — Premium medical, dental, and vision plans. 100% employee premium covered, partial dependent coverage.
  • 401(k) match — 6% company match on 401(k) contributions, vested immediately.
  • Unlimited PTO — No accrual policy. Minimum 3 weeks expected — we mean it.
  • Learning & certification budget — $3,000 annual budget for certifications, conferences, and education.
  • Home office stipend — One-time $2,000 home office setup stipend, plus $75/month ongoing for internet and utilities.
  • Parental leave — 16 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents, regardless of caregiving role.
  • Sabbatical — 4-week paid sabbatical at 5 years, 8 weeks at 10 years.
  • Team gatherings — Quarterly team gatherings in St. Louis. Travel to clients as engagements warrant.
