Final partner conversation
45 minA conversation with one of the founding partners. We talk about your long-term arc, what you want from a firm, and what we expect to deliver back.
Offer & start
1 weekWe make offers in writing within 5 business days of the final conversation. Standard start date is 4-6 weeks out, flexible based on notice period.
