Are you an official Gong partner?

Yes — Abstrakt Solutions is a certified Gong implementation partner. Our consultants are Gong-certified and have completed dozens of production implementations across mid-market and enterprise revenue organizations.

How long does a Gong implementation take?

Launch package (10–50 reps): 4–6 weeks. Scale package (50–150 reps): 6–10 weeks. Enterprise (150+ reps, multiple BUs, migrations): 10–16 weeks. Timelines depend on CRM complexity and how cleanly your existing pipeline data is structured. We give you a written timeline at the end of Phase 0.

Do we need to switch CRMs to use Gong?

No. Gong is implemented to work within your existing CRM architecture and workflows — whether that is Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. No rip and replace.

What if we are already on Gong but not getting value?

Common situation. Our Optimization & Migration service starts with a health audit of your existing Gong instance — Trackers, Scorecards, integrations, adoption — and produces a recovery plan. Usually we can re-roll Gong in 4–6 weeks against an existing CRM without disrupting users.

Can you migrate us from Chorus or Outreach Kaia to Gong?

Yes. We have migrated a number of clients from competitive conversation intelligence platforms to Gong, with no loss of call history, deal data, or rep workflows. The migration is included in our Enterprise package and available as a standalone scope.

Do you train our team or just install the software?

Both. Every package includes live, role-specific training for AEs, SDRs, Managers, and CROs — not the generic demo. For larger rollouts our Premier User Training option adds custom recorded onboarding materials and a manager coaching certification track.

What does the retainer cover after launch?

A named Gong consultant on call, with monthly hours sized to your org. Tracker tuning, Scorecard updates, integration monitoring, new-segment rollouts, manager coaching support, and Slack-based support during business hours. Three retainer tiers: Starter (8 hrs/mo), Growth (20 hrs/mo), Enterprise (40+ hrs/mo).

Do you work with HubSpot-based revenue orgs or just Salesforce?

Both. We have meaningful HubSpot expertise in addition to our Salesforce Crest Tier Partner status. Gong integrates cleanly with both. The HubSpot side typically takes a bit longer (6–8 weeks vs 2–4 weeks for Salesforce) due to how custom properties map.
