Director, Wealth Management Practice

Lead the Wealth Management vertical practice — RIA platforms, Financial Services Cloud, household-driven advisor experiences.

About the role

You will own our Wealth Management vertical practice — practice strategy, senior-level delivery on flagship FSC engagements, hiring, and growth. Our wealth practice is growing fast and is a recognized name in the RIA ecosystem. You will report directly to the VP of Salesforce Practice.

What you'll do

  • Own the strategy, P&L, and growth of the Wealth Management practice
  • Lead senior-level engagement work on flagship FSC deployments
  • Hire and develop the practice bench (5-8 senior consultants)
  • Represent the firm in the wealth ecosystem — conferences, partner relationships, content
  • Partner with sales on strategic wealth opportunities

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of wealth management technology consulting
  • Deep Financial Services Cloud expertise — FSC Accredited Professional minimum
  • Track record of leading multi-million-dollar FSC implementations for RIAs
  • Strong understanding of wealth compliance — FINRA, Reg BI, supervision frameworks
  • Practice-leadership experience or strong management track record

  • Series 7 or other industry credentials
  • Existing relationships in the RIA / wealth ecosystem
  • Experience with Black Diamond, Orion, or other wealth platforms
