Marketing Operations Lead

Own marketing operations for the firm — pipeline, attribution, marketing tech, content distribution.

About the role

You will own marketing operations for Abstrakt itself — our HubSpot instance, attribution, pipeline reporting, marketing automation, and the technology stack that supports our content and event strategy. We are a marketing-driven firm, and this role is core.

What you'll do

  • Own HubSpot administration and marketing automation workflows
  • Build and maintain attribution and pipeline reporting
  • Coordinate content distribution across email, web, and social channels
  • Manage the marketing technology stack and integrations
  • Partner with sales operations on the lead-to-pipeline workflow

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of marketing operations, ideally in B2B services or B2B SaaS
  • Deep HubSpot expertise (Marketing Hub Pro/Enterprise)
  • Experience with attribution modeling and revenue reporting
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce-HubSpot connector and bi-directional sync
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable in spreadsheets and BI tools

  • HubSpot Advanced Certification
  • Background in a marketing-led services firm
  • Experience with newsletter platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Customer.io)
