Revenue Operations Consultant

Run RevOps engagements end-to-end — pipeline, forecasting, attribution, compensation, lifecycle architecture.

About the role

You will lead RevOps engagements for B2B SaaS, professional services, and similar clients. The work spans pipeline architecture, forecasting redesign, multi-touch attribution, compensation design, and the technology stack that supports all of it. You will work directly with CROs, VP Sales Ops, VP Marketing Ops, and finance partners.

What you'll do

  • Lead RevOps engagements from discovery through implementation
  • Design pipeline architectures, forecasting frameworks, and attribution models
  • Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and adjacent tools to support the design
  • Partner with finance on compensation modeling and quota planning
  • Author engagement deliverables — strategy docs, technical specs, training materials

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on Salesforce admin/configuration experience (Sales Cloud minimum)
  • Experience with forecasting methodology, attribution models, and quota planning
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable in spreadsheets and BI tools
  • Client-facing experience or strong cross-functional experience

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification
  • HubSpot Advanced Certification
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS RevOps leadership role
  • Familiarity with Gong, Chili Piper, Clari, or similar tools
