About the role
You will write the custom code that makes Salesforce do what off-the-shelf cannot. Apex, Lightning Web Components, Heroku connect, integration callouts, custom data models, and the careful engineering that production-grade Salesforce work demands. You will also be a senior voice in our code review process and a contributor to internal libraries.
What you'll do
- Build custom Apex, LWC, and integration code for enterprise Salesforce deployments
- Design and implement complex integrations and API patterns
- Lead code review on your engagements and contribute to internal libraries
- Mentor mid-level developers
- Participate in engineering standards and tooling conversations
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and integration patterns
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Strong understanding of governor limits, bulkification, and async patterns
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, and modern development workflow
- Track record of shipping production code on enterprise Salesforce deployments

- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
- Heroku, Node.js, or other off-platform experience
- Experience with Agentforce custom actions or Apex agent invocations
