Lead architecture on multi-cloud Salesforce deployments. Application architect or system architect-level. CTA candidates strongly preferred.
About the role
You will be the technical lead on enterprise Salesforce engagements — typically multi-cloud deployments with significant custom development, integration, and downstream AI work. You will own the architecture from discovery through go-live, mentor mid-level consultants on your projects, and contribute to our internal reference patterns. Your engagement load will be 1-2 concurrent accounts at any given time, with deep relationships and long-term continuity.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end architecture for enterprise Salesforce deployments
- Lead client conversations from discovery through technical design and architecture review
- Author solution design documents, integration architectures, and data models
- Review code, configuration, and integration designs of mid-level team members
- Contribute to internal reference architectures, accelerators, and methodology
- Serve as the senior technical voice in pre-sales conversations for strategic accounts
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, at least 5 as a Salesforce Architect
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (CTA strongly preferred)
- Deep multi-cloud experience: Sales Cloud + Service Cloud + at least one of Marketing Cloud, FSC, or Revenue Cloud
- Strong integration design experience (MuleSoft, REST, event-driven)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable in client-facing architecture conversations
Nice to haves
These are not required — but if you have one or more, mention it in your note.
- CTA certification
- Experience with Agentforce production deployments
- Industry depth in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Insurance
- Background as a Salesforce ISV partner
What we offer
- Competitive compensation — Salary at or above market for senior consulting, plus performance bonus and equity for senior partners.
- Healthcare — Premium medical, dental, and vision plans. 100% employee premium covered, partial dependent coverage.
- 401(k) match — 6% company match on 401(k) contributions, vested immediately.
- Unlimited PTO — No accrual policy. Minimum 3 weeks expected — we mean it.
- Learning & certification budget — $3,000 annual budget for certifications, conferences, and education.
- Home office stipend — One-time $2,000 home office setup stipend, plus $75/month ongoing for internet and utilities.
- Parental leave — 16 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents, regardless of caregiving role.
- Sabbatical — 4-week paid sabbatical at 5 years, 8 weeks at 10 years.
- Team gatherings — Quarterly team gatherings in St. Louis. Travel to clients as engagements warrant.
