ST. LOUIS, MO — New practice consolidates 40+ production Agentforce and Claude deployments into a single delivery framework with proprietary evaluation and governance accelerators.
ST. LOUIS, MO — March 25, 2026 — Abstrakt Solutions today launched its Agentforce Center of Excellence, consolidating the firm's 40+ production AI agent deployments into a single delivery framework with proprietary evaluation, monitoring, and governance accelerators built specifically for enterprise-grade AI implementations.
The Center of Excellence formalizes the methodology Abstrakt has developed across deployments of Salesforce Agentforce, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, and custom retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for clients in financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and B2B SaaS.
"Production AI is harder than the demos suggest," said our VP of AI Practice. "Most failed AI implementations we are called in to rescue share the same root causes: weak evaluation methodology, missing tool design, unclear escalation paths, and no monitoring. Our Center of Excellence consolidates the patterns we have learned from forty production deployments into a repeatable framework."
The Center of Excellence supports clients across three engagement models: AI Readiness Assessment, Production Agent Build, and Post-Launch Optimization. All engagements are experienced by AI engineers with at least 7 years of software engineering experience and at least 2 years building production LLM systems.
Abstrakt's AI practice has shipped production deployments using Salesforce Agentforce, Claude Sonnet and Opus, GPT-4 and GPT-4o, and Google Gemini, with custom RAG systems built on Pinecone, Weaviate, and pgvector. The firm is also a featured contributor to Anthropic's enterprise builder community.
